Aside
With him morals are not living.
With him respect is not existing.
Torments are waiting for him in hell.
Unless he changes his ways and faith.
I am writing from the nurse's perspective when Mercutio insults her again and again.

Sililoquie - Sampson
I bit my thumb, what crime is that?
Said I, resting in the hospital.
That mad, Capulet servant should be hanged.
Or perhaps burned at the stake for his crime.
He unjustly drew his sword at me.
After I had bitten my thumb.
My thumb was a itching a terribly.
So I bit it to relieve myself.
I knew to not quarrel on the street.
For the Prince would certainly jail us both.
But the insistent man would not reason.
Curse him and his household say I.
For he has sent me to the hospital.
And left me to pay thine own bills.
I bit my thumb, what crime is that?

Hero assignment
1) Call to adventure - Frodo was called to an adventure when the wise consul in Rivendell asked a group of elves, dwarves, and humans to take the ring to Mount Mordor to destroy the ring. Because the one elf asked for someone to travel to Mordor and destroy the ring, it was a call of adventure for Frodo.
2) Throughout the journey to Mordor, there are challenges ranging from soldiers, big cliffs, distrust, a big spider, etc. Therefore because of these challenges he faced, he went through this requirement for hero's.
3) At the end of the movie Frodo achieved his goal he set out for. He set out to destroy the ring and in the end the ring was destroyed therefore he accomplished his goal.
4) After Frodo destroyed the ring and was rescued from Mount mordor, he eventually returned to his home. Therefore Frodo fits this requirement.
5) The strenuous journey forever changed Frodo, although the movie does not show a very visable change, Frodo has been changed. It is apparent from the first movie to the last that Frodo appreciates and is much more serious about life. Therefore because he was changed from the journey he fits this requirement.

Me, the shipwrecked sailor
forcefully having to endure, having to live, when all others gave way.
Twas a hard journey enough, with the several storms and various diseases aboard the ship Burden. 27 of 158 of the men aboard had already been taken whether by storm or sickness. Now, with a disheartened crew and much bitter captain, the voyage was made all the more sickening. The storm was spotted by lookout, a day before it hit, yet it was a vain attempt to out run it for the storm was too massive, too monstrous to not be affected by it. Never the less, the captain changed course in hopes of passing the storms course. One day later, it hit.
The storm, unlike others literally rocked the ship to a 50 degree angle so that sailors thought death was upon them. Alas, they were right. The ship went under and I managed to jump in time so that the draft of the ship going under did not drag me through. I was struggling to get air for a couple of minutes, the vicious waves kept pulling me under. I happened upon a large piece of draftwood, most likely from the ship and grasped to it as it was my lifeline. I kicked my legs, kicking where, I knew not, but I refused to give up my life when there was a chance of survival. I eventually came to my senses and kicked in the directions of where the waves were going to, in hopes that I land would be nearby. I kicked, and kicked. Finally energyless, I passed out.
I awoke with a taste in my mouth, not a particular pleasent taste mind you, for it was the taste of ocean water. I looked around and found myself on a shore of an unknown island. I suddenly remembered past events and fell into despair, maybe it was better if I had died with the Burden. I stood up with a pain in my legs and stomach, I must have drunk sea water... I almost fell back down at first attempt but managed to steady myself. When the wave came in, I fell back down. Like I drunk I repeated this process until I was out of wave length. I then looked at my surrounding, there were trees about 100 meters from where I stood, I started toward the trees but I felt a bump on my leg. I looked down and saw a wet, leather bound book. I stooped down and picked it up and opened the cover, it read "The Holy Bible". I flipped open another page and read "Most assurdly I say to you, he who believes in me has everlasting life". Although the pages were utterly soaked, he could just make out those words. He gazed across the forest, maybe there was hope yet. He grasped the Bible, and walked to the forest to see what he could make of life.

What is hope to me?

A Withered Flower
I gnash my teeth my teeth at the thought of you.
You ruin my happiest thoughts when I think of myself,
under your long reign.
Aye, if you were a person I’d drive you to the ground.
Down, down, down you would go,
to the very core of the earth.
I would take you exactly there,
Where’d you melt and die, never to been seen again.
I grow fat and lazy
While I wait for you to leave.
Leave me, and do not come back.
You confine me every year
You limit my blooming abilities.
I am a dangerous force,
But you smother me under your weather.
I long to be outside
Frolicking and playing with passion,
but if I venture out,
I come back in with a cough in my chest and a stuffy noise for a week.
I am a flower,
Withered under the long reign of winter.
but once I bloom,
I boom.
Reflection
I found writing this poem at first easy, then hard, then quite easy again. At first I was going to write about how I hated doing homework and then finding out it was not graded. After debating in my head between doing that or winter, I chose winter. I chose winter over homework that wasn't graded because I realized that I had only experienced doing homework that wasn't graded a few times where as winter was everyday. One of the main reasons of why I dislike winter is because I like to play sports, but of the times I have gone outside I have usually gotten sick within a few days. Therefore through not being able to freely play sports and also the want of hotness (summer) in my life has the reason being of why I wrote a hate poem.
This assignment was not to hard, I found it not as boring than my other homework because I was writing poetry of a subject of my interest. Therefore I found the assignment mostly enjoyable. Presenting the poem wasn't unenjoyable either. I am not usually afraid to present things in front of people therefore I found the writing of this assignment and the presentation enjoyable and interesting.

Tryout Conflict
Exposition- About 24 students and I met in the gym Tuesday afternoon for volleyball tryouts. We all signed in and began warming up. The first day we were all tested on various skills, knowledge, attitude.
Rising Action- The second day of tryouts were a little more stressful. The next day some students were going to get cut so everybody tryed really hard. The second day tested a larger range of skills and also we played some 4 on 4 games so the Coach's could see some of our game skill. The next morning Coach K posted all the players who weren't cut. I made it along with a few of my friends.
Climax- This was the last day of tryouts and everyone was playing hard. This is the climax of the tryouts for me because it was the day it really mattered. The day that would decide whether or not you would make it in the team. We did various skill testing and ended with a game. That was a challenging day for alot of athletes.
Falling Action- The next morning I checked the athletic board and there was a roster for the volleyball team. I made it! Twelve athletes made the team and I was one of two freshman. on the team.
Resolution. Next monday I came at Five'o clock and we had volleyball practice for the team. I was on the team and had a good practice. I am looking forward a good, challenging, fun season.
